Team training

AI training for your team, built around the work they already do

Generic AI training leaves a team impressed and unchanged. We run programs on your own workflows, with your own tools, so that by the last session your people are not just trained. Your business has automations running.

The problem

Most teams are stuck at the same point

Someone in the team has tried ChatGPT. Someone else has heard about automation. Nothing has changed in how the work actually gets done, because nobody has been shown where these tools fit into a real process, and nobody has had time to find out.

Meanwhile the same work repeats every week. Reports rebuilt by hand. Enquiries answered one at a time. Data moved between systems that don't talk to each other. None of it needs judgment. All of it costs hours.

The gap is rarely interest, and it is rarely intelligence. It is that nobody has sat with the team, looked at their real processes, and built the first few automations alongside them.

A team surrounded by repeated manual work, including reports, enquiries and data moving between systems.

What makes this different

How our programs work

Built on your own processes.

Before the first session, we look at how your team actually works and pick the tasks worth automating. The examples in the room are your examples.

Hands on from the start.

Every session ends with something working. Your team builds, rather than watches a demonstration and takes notes.

In the language your team works in.

Delivered in English, Malayalam, or a mix, depending on who is in the room.

Taught by people who build this for clients.

The team behind Maattam builds automation systems for businesses. The training reflects what actually holds up in production, including what breaks.

Choose a format

Formats

Programs are shaped around how much time your team can give and how far you want them to get.

Awareness workshop

Half a day, on site or online. A whole team sees what AI and automation can and cannot do, with examples drawn from your own operations. Ends with a shortlist of tasks in your business worth automating first.

Suits: leadership groups and full departments who need a shared starting point.

Skill program

Three to six sessions. One capability taught properly, such as automating operations, AI for content production, or AI in customer support. Each session ends with a working build.

Suits: a single team that has a specific problem to solve.

Full certification program

The complete AI Workflow Automation course, run as a private cohort for your organization, on a schedule that fits your team. Includes graded assignments and the Maattam Certified AI Specialist credential on completion.

Suits: organizations building lasting internal capability rather than one-time awareness.

Build sprint

A short engagement where we audit your workflows, then build two or three automations with your team rather than for them. Your people learn by doing the work, and you keep systems that are already running.

Suits: teams who want results and training in the same engagement.

Starting points

Sample programs

Starting points, not a fixed catalogue. Most programs end up as a mix of these, shaped after the first conversation.

AI Foundations for Teams

Audience: Any department, no technical background Length: Half day

What AI tools do well, where they fail, and how to judge which of your tasks are worth handing over. The team leaves with a prioritised list of automation opportunities from your own operations.

Automating Operations

Audience: Operations, admin and back office teams Length: Four to six sessions

Scheduled reports, data moving between systems, alerts, and approval flows, built with n8n. The team builds automations for real processes during the sessions.

AI for Marketing Teams

Audience: Marketing and content teams Length: Three to five sessions

Content pipelines, campaign workflows, and producing images and short video with AI instead of commissioning every asset. Ends with a content system the team runs themselves.

AI for Customer Support

Audience: Support and service teams Length: Three to five sessions

An AI agent that answers common customer questions on WhatsApp, routes what it cannot answer, and keeps a record. Built on your own FAQs and your own tone.

Vibe Coding for Non-Developers

Audience: Marketing, sales and operations staff who keep waiting on developers Length: Two to three sessions

Building landing pages and small internal tools by describing them, using Antigravity. The team stops queuing for small changes.

Industry Where automation usually starts
Healthcare and clinicsAppointment reminders, patient enquiry handling, report distribution

Retail and e-commerceOrder updates, stock alerts, review collection, campaign workflows
Real estateLead capture and qualification, follow-up sequences, listing distribution

A practical sequence

How it works

A conversation.

We ask what your team does, where time is going, and what you want to be different in three months.

A look at your workflows.

We review the processes you name and identify what is worth automating, and what is not.

A program proposal.

Format, length, schedule, cost and what your team will be able to do at the end, in writing.

Delivery.

On site or online, on your schedule, with builds in every session.

After the program.

Your team keeps everything they built, along with the workflow files.

Before we begin

Frequently asked questions

How large should the group be?

We confirm the recommended group size as part of the proposal, based on the format, the work you want to cover and how much hands-on time each participant needs.

Do you train on site?

Yes, on site anywhere in Kerala, or online. For travel outside Kerala, we confirm availability and travel arrangements in the proposal.

What language is the training in?

English, Malayalam, or a mix. We decide with you based on who is in the room.

Does the team need technical backgrounds?

No. Our programs are designed for people who have never automated anything. Where a team has developers, we adjust the depth rather than the format.

Do participants get certified?

The full certification program leads to the Maattam Certified AI Specialist credential, earned by completing assignments and both capstone projects. Shorter formats are confirmed in the proposal.

What tools will we need?

Programs run on n8n along with the AI models and business tools your team already uses. We outline any account or subscription costs in the proposal before the program begins.

How much does it cost?

Cost depends on format, group size and length. We give a written proposal after the first conversation.

How soon can you start?

We confirm the earliest available start date after the first conversation, based on your preferred schedule and the format you choose.
